Helpful Information
1. You can fill out your puppy’s AKC paper work online or mail and get a “birth certificate” for your puppy.
2. You can either have your Veterinarian microchip your puppy or you can do it. I recommend AKC reunite. They have microchips available through mail and then you can just do it yourself. Once your puppy has been microchipped, you can add him/her to AKC reunite online.
3. You can put your dog on k9data.com. The puppy’s parents are on there and it show your puppy’s family tree.
4. It is best if you crate train your puppy. This is done as a “safe place” for your puppy.
5. We feed the puppies Diamond Puppy but if you do change their food change it gradually. Three days- 25% new, 75% old. Three days- 50% new, 50% old. Three days- 75% new, 25% old. Three days- 100% new.

Here is the chart I recommend looking at when wondering how much food to feed your puppy. Your puppy will go home at 2 months old and the maturity size is 51-75lbs so, start with feeding him/her 2/3-2 cups per day.
